MANISH PATEL, being the principal designer and founder of the firm, pursued his civil engineering from M. S. University and evolved this firm.

Since its inception in 2005, GRAPHITE SDS gradually showed a distinctive growth in designing and planning various Residential projects, Single and multi-residential units and offices.

Subsequently, a core team of Architects, interior designers and civil engineers formed who strived to attain vivid design ideas by maintaining a balance between the new approaches of designs complementing the functionality in all its designs.
